We index every founder from Y Combinator’s directory (over 11,000 founders across 5,800+ companies) and give anyone the ability to leave honest, structured reviews across five categories: Vision, Execution, Culture, Communication, and Technical Ability.
Think of it as RateMyProfessor meets Glassdoor, but for the people who actually sign your offer letter and pitch your Series A.
The startup ecosystem runs on reputation, but that reputation has always been controlled by press releases, Twitter threads, and carefully managed narratives. We think the people who actually work with these founders deserve a voice too.
